We want you to love what you ordered. Because our pieces are designed to be worn close to the body, returned items can't always be resold at the quality our brand stands behind — so we offer exchanges and store credit instead of refunds.

To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, scents, or pet hair

Must be in original condition with tags attached

Store credit is issued as an A.R.Z. gift card, never expires, and can be used on any future order.
